Francisco Gaie is the Executive Head of Sales and Distribution at Motorvaps, where he leads the company’s national sales and distribution strategy across the South African automotive market. He holds a BCom in Law from the University of Pretoria and a BCom Honours Degree in Economics from the University of Stellenbosch. Francisco has built a strong career across sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership, with experience spanning OEMs, dealer groups, and automotive Value-Added Product solutions. Before joining Motorvaps, he served as Managing Director of Peugeot Citroën South Africa and Chief Operations Officer of Trust Auto Group. His journey with Motorvaps began in September 2023 when he joined as Regional Manager, before progressing to his current executive role in December 2025. With almost a decade of experience in the South African automotive industry, Francisco brings a practical and commercially focused perspective on dealer performance, customer value, and the evolving role of F&I in strengthening the dealership ecosystem
