Adrinell began her career in the motor industry in 2007 as a Customer Care Agent at the BMW Customer Care call centre. Four years later, she joined Autobahn BMW, a division of Unitrans Motors, as a Customer Relationship Manager. There, she gained valuable insights into the workings of a dealership and the importance of customer satisfaction throughout their journey. In 2017, she became a qualified F&I and learned about the significance of 2nd gross for the company. She moved to CFAO Mobility group in 2019 and worked as a Sales Manager at BMW Fourways before transferring to East Rand Toyota as an F&I.
