Asad holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration through GIBS and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He has been with the bank for over 11 years in various leadership and management roles in Absa Financial Services, Islamic Banking and Physical Channels. In his current role, Asad is responsible for driving the sales execution strategy for Islamic Banking across the Absa Group. He has an entrepreneurial mindset and thrives on building sustainable relationships across the franchise. Asad enjoys sports, is family orientated and a happy community socializer.
