Esmarie started her career in the motor industry in 2005 as an internal marketer with Wesbank. She moved to Hatfield Motor Group in 2009 and became a Finance and Insurance Manager. Later, was promoted to the Group compliance manager and developed the Hatfield’s compliance program. She is still responsible for FAIS, FICA, POPI and other important legislation. She obtained her B.Com Law degree from UNISA in 2020 and is pursuing her Post Grad in Risk Management.
