Lynn Packirie is a seasoned compliance manager with more than two decades of experience in the motor industry. She has a deep knowledge of the complex regulatory environment in the industry and has successfully designed and executed compliance programs that reduce risk and foster ethical business conduct.
As a compliance manager, she ensures that all company policies and procedures adhere to applicable laws and regulations. She collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance risks and makes sure that all employees are informed of their compliance responsibilities and are trained on best practices for complying with relevant laws and regulations.
Besides being a compliance manager, she is also the Key Individual and an Assistant Finance Manager.
She holds a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting.
